Landing Construction was founded in 1973 by Bryan Stinn in Vernon, British Columbia.

Doug Machan is a master finisher whose wood stair cases, railings, and other items are second to none. Maynard Nelson is a finishing carpenter, specializing in all aspects of the home. Ben Wornardt is a master carpenter. Gerry Haworth handles general construction and landscaping. Paul Domphouse is Landing's apprentice and newest addition to the rich company history.
